For instance, we first teach them how to use the EP System, enabling them to upload and submit information about vehicles experiencing issues. This allows them to more easily transmit the relevant documents to the service center, ultimately facilitating account closure or claim processing.
We certainly have professional instructors and repair experts to train our workers, because we don’t just deliver a single lecture—or focus on content related to just one specific vehicle. Instead, we organize training courses tailored to different vehicle models and the potential issues they may encounter on the road. This way, participants can gain deeper knowledge, learn how to pinpoint fault areas, and ultimately master the skills needed to effectively repair trucks.
